One standout team-building activity organized by Areco al Paso involved creating our own gin and tonic blends. The Essencitos were split into two teams, and each of them was tasked with crafting a unique drink. This hands-on exercise not only encouraged creativity but also promoted effective communication and collaboration. As each team proudly presented their creations, the diverse array of flavors mirrored the richness of perspectives within the translation team.

The retreat also included a practical objective-setting session. We engaged in discussions and collaborative activities to establish clear goals that align with our individual and collective expectations. This exercise aimed to enhance transparency and build a shared vision among team members.

In addition to the work-oriented activities, the spa facilities offered a chance for relaxation. Whether it was a soothing massage, a dip in the pool, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings, team members had the opportunity to unwind and recharge.

As the retreat concluded, the Essence team left the hotel with a sense of accomplishment and unity. The practical goal-setting, coupled with engaging team-building activities and moments of relaxation, set a positive tone for the upcoming year.
